We will provide intensive training program for our people to increase their communication skill and also raise their confidence level while they speak to customer everyday on face to face level.

Responsibilities:

We teach and train our people skills that is needed in each phase in our company. Our Management Trainee program, consists of 3 phases :

1. Sales and Marketing Development

2. Training Development

3. Business Development

People that passed our this program will be expected to lead and manage a team of 20 plus people and continue our expansion through all over major cities in Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any field.
• Indonesian citizen
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
