Responsibilities:

• As Direktur BPR you are responsible for all activities of branch operations include marketing, collection and operational. Responsible for achieving sales targets, AR stability and efficiency of branch operations.The creation of relationships and customer service well. Enforcement of regulations, policies and procedures. And also Increased competence of each employee in accordance with the demands of his position.

Requirements:

• Male / Female maximum 40 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree at any major
• Having experience as a branch manager Banking / BPR minimum 3 years
• Willing to work with the target
• Has customer base and understand Banking regulations
• Having good leadership skills, problem solving and decision-making and have good ability to analyze and evaluate
• Domicile and placement in Jakarta Timur
