  • Accounting Staff
    Jakarta Raya - Mega Kuningan

    Responsibilities:
    • Preparing the financial statements, taxation, budget expenditures and monthly or yearly income
    • Manage the company’s financial administration
    • Assist Senior Accountant with payroll system and payroll related items
    • Make the letters relating to the banking and corporate finance capabilities
    • Review and prepare daily reports on cash flow and payables
    • Make sure all the financial, cash & flow, and budgets are made accurately and prepared on time
    • Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time
    • Coordinate with all other relevant authorities such as government or external auditors
    Requirements:
    • Female
    • Excellent in Mandarin language (min passive)
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Bachelor's degree in Business with emphasis in Accounting, is required
    • Understand the intricacies of accounting and finance world, such as bank statement and accounting software
    • Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data
    • Must be highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
    • Should be very fluent in English, both oral or written
    • At least 3 years of working experience in Accounting Staff position
    • Able to work as a team, hardworking, can work under pressure, detail oriented, honest and responsible
